Not just an idea...Vault is becoming a reality!
In October of 2025, Vault Coffee Co. was an idea. It was a vision cast from a season of prayer and presented to an initial donor for the first time. In November the keys were handed over as the building was purchased on our behalf, and the fund raising campaign was launched! Our goal was $1,045,000 to include the purchase ($250,000), remodel, and launch of the coffee shop and marriage ministry. Today, the building has been purchased and the remodel is nearing completion! (Check out the progress on our social media feed.) Your donation pushes us across the finish line, and you will help us launch a #MarriageMovement that will change lives in Kalkaska county and beyond.

While we are operating the coffee shop with the intention of covering operational costs, many extra ministry expenses (special programs, guest speakers, unique marriage events etc...) and our on-going remodel costs can only be met by the generous donations of amazing supporters. Our goal is to operate the coffee shop in a way that we are covering our operational costs, paying our employees fair wages, and creating income that helps offset the cost of our marriage classes, events, and seminars — we never want cost to prohibit someone from participating in any of Vault Coffee Co's marriage programs. So we'll sell AWESOME coffee and AMAZING food at a good price for a good cause!
Vault Coffee Co. is a recognized nonprofit, operating a coffee shop with the goal of building an beautiful space for the whole community, drawing people in to encourage deep connection, and creating events, seminars, and classes specifically designed for couples and marriage. We are a coffee shop for the whole community, and we are excited to offer marriage-enrichment opportunities specifically for married couples.
